In the third quarter of 2024, the cat games category on Android in Latin America saw varied performance across the top five apps. Data provided by Sensor Tower highlights the trends in downloads, revenue, and active users for each game.

My Talking Tom 2 from Outfit7 Limited showed a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $959 in late July. Downloads fluctuated, with a notable peak of around 598K in the last week of July. Active users started the quarter strong at over 6.3M, gradually declining to about 5.4M by the end of September.

My Talking Angela 2, also by Outfit7 Limited, experienced a decline in weekly revenue from $1.9K in early July to about $812 at the end of September. The app's downloads remained relatively stable, averaging around 400K weekly, while active users hovered around the 2M mark throughout the quarter.

My Talking Tom Friends saw a decrease in weekly downloads from 578K at the beginning of July to around 326K by the end of the quarter. Revenue trends showed a downward trajectory, with earnings starting at $1.5K and ending at approximately $1.1K. Active users remained robust, with figures consistently around 5.5M to 6M.

Cat Escape from Sunday.gg maintained a modest revenue, fluctuating between $40 and $92 during the quarter. The game’s downloads showed a downward trend from around 331K in early July to nearly 279K at the end of September. Active users decreased from over 1M to approximately 931K by the quarter's end.

Talking Tom Hero Dash exhibited a rise in revenue, reaching $776 in mid-September before settling at $568. Downloads started strong at 209K, peaking at 347K in late July, and then tapering off to about 189K. Active users remained relatively stable, ranging between 3.4M and 4.5M throughout the quarter.
